Principals

Claire R. Cohn

Claire R. Cohn, MA, BFA, is owner and principal of On Your Feet Consulting and Training in Marin County, California . She is an organization consultant and master trainer who coaches managers and facilitates team retreats. She has over fifteen years of organization development and training experience with a variety of organizations including Kaiser Permanente (Hospitals and Medical Group), Wells Fargo Bank, Facebook, Inc., Sun Microsystems, Inc., and The University of California and other public and private sector businesses.

Claire’s work blends traditional methods with highly interactive, experiential learning using body movement and mindful meditation in her programs. In addition to her worklife balance and team building workshops, she coaches presenters to speak with ease and pizzazz. Her clients have said that Claire brings a refreshing spirit and perspective combined with extensive operational experience in the important aspects of organizational improvement and executive coaching.

Deborah Bonner

Ms. Bonner began her career as a Registered Nurse at Ohio State University.

In the early days of the personal computer, Ms Bonner became a word-processing software trainer. At WordStar (which was, at the time, the first and foremost word-processing software company in the world), she educated, demonstrated and promoted WordStar software products to user groups, dealers, and distributors. At WordStar, she consistently won highest honors in sales and customer service.

At Systems Partners, an IT consulting firm based in Orinda, California, she worked with the management, administration and sales of IT consulting projects. As the year 2000 approached, she initiated a mentorship program to train new Cobol programmers. She subsequently designed and implemented several teaching, mentoring and training programs with clients and underemployed IT workers.

In 2002, bringing together a group of talented presenters and consultants, she founded Golden Rule Training Resources in order to bring innovative training and team building to corporate America.
